So you ask, how is the Dallas mortgage
market?  Well, we can all look at the polls and believe anything they say, or we can look at the facts and believe what they tell us about Dallas Mortgage Refinance and Dallas Mortgage Purchase loans that have closed in the past six months.

I am having a very difficult time believing what Dallas mortgage critics especially the ones affiliated with the media (
The Dallas Morning News) are saying about our local Dallas economy.  But I do believe what the Dallas, Frisco, Plano, Fort Worth, Arlington, and other DFW mortgage insiders are saying about the local mortgage market. 

The
mortgage industry in Dallas Texas has gotten better in the last few months.

But, who defines BETTER?  Is it the fact that there are more mortgage transactions and mortgage refinances in Dallas, or is it determined by the long forgotten market zenith?

I will not sit here and agree with the polls, when Dallas Home Mortgage affiliates and other
Dallas Mortgage Brokers and Bankers are having trouble selling their mortgage purchase and refinance reputations, its not like it used to be.  Every day I see more and more potential home equity loan borrowers sit and waste more and more money paying high interest credit cards and other debts, which are not tax deductible.  In other words this low interest rate mortgage boom is passing many people by. Theses Dallas mortgage Brokers and Bankers are not doing anything different now from the way they used to to market themselves and their mortgage programs.  As a matter of fact they are probably taking these mortgage loan programs and spending less time to get deals closed quickly and efficiently.

Keeping that in mind, one can't help but wonder if these mortgage loan officers are possibly over pricing their interest rates and the
Dallas mortgage Market is really not as great as the media makes it out to be?
